O! MILLIONAIRE'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Valid from October 03, 2025.
1. General
1.1. O! Millionaire is a maintained brand of GreenBloom Global Limitada, Costa Rica (License Number: ALSI-202408057)
1.2. The terms set out below apply to people who wish to create an account with O! Millionaire. People who wish to create an account must be registered as the account holder (hereinafter "a user") to buy entries (Draw) and a Green Certificate to support the environmental Oasis Park project and to have the option to participate with no additional charges in the Raffle. These terms also apply when the user uses the O! Millionaire app on a mobile device. References for O! Millionaire in these terms are a reference to the use of www.omillionaire.com and the O! Millionaire App downloaded from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Huawei App Gallery, or others.
1.3. When creating an account on www.omillionaire.com, the user enters a contract with O! Millionaire on the terms described below, and the user therefore accepts the terms and conditions, legal disclaimer, the rules, and Data Privacy and Cookie Policies.
1.4. O! Millionaire reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. If O! Millionaire changes the terms and conditions accepted by the user, the user is informed. Users may also want to review the terms and conditions regularly.
2. Registration
2.1. Registration as a user with O! Millionaire can only be made by a person who:
2.1.1. has reached the age of 18,
2.1.2. has not been prohibited or restricted from creating or accessing an account and/or participating in the draws, under the laws of the jurisdiction of residence in which the user is physically located when making transactions with O! Millionaire, and
2.1.3. always abide by these terms and conditions.
The user is obligated to inform O! Millionaire immediately if any of the above requirements changed.
2.2. Registration as a user with O! Millionaire must be made by creating an account, providing the full name, phone number, and accepting the terms and conditions: gender, email, date of birth, nationality, and country of residence, and complete address is optional and can be added and edited in the user's profile after registration. The user's mobile phone number is considered the "username".
2.3. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all the information provided in connection with the registration is correct. Suppose there are any changes to the information the user has provided in connection with the registration on the O! Millionaire platform or later. In that case, the user is obliged to make any such changes via www.omillionaire.com or the App. It is the user's responsibility to verify that the changes made are correct.
2.4. Missing or incomplete information may mean that a selected action cannot be completed, including that the user does not participate in the Draw or the Raffle, or that deposit funds cannot be paid into the user's Wallet or bank account. In addition, the winnings shall be time-barred in accordance with the relevant rules of the Draw (Rules for O! Millionaire Art. 5.5.).
3. Processing of personal data
3.1. O! Millionaire, as a data controller, comply with the applicable legislation on the processing of personal data at any time.
3.2. Data will be used for marketing purposes, statistics, and analytics.
3.3. No data will be provided to third parties at any time.
4. Blocking, etc.
4.1. O! Millionaire may block the user's account in whole or in part at any time and without notice.
4.1.1. Such a lockout may, for example, occur if the user has misrepresented or otherwise breached their obligations, including these terms, to O! Millionaire.
4.2. O! Millionaire may also block the user's account if the user's activities, in O! Millionaire’s opinion are of an inappropriate nature.
4.3. O! Millionaire may also restrict the user's deposit options or block the user's account (and/or, where appropriate, limit deposit options, cancel or cancel settled buys and reverse deposits, prizes/winnings, and funds paid out) by establishing or suspecting one or more of the following facts:
4.3.1. Solicitation or complicity in cheating, including collusion, fraud, or other illegal activities
4.3.2. Money laundering or terrorist financing
4.3.3. Attempted hacking of the user's account or other users' accounts
4.3.4. Use of applications, robots, or the like to influence or automate the process and associated functionalities
4.3.5. Misuse of the user's account
4.3.6. Use of other users' accounts, contact, personal, and/or login credentials
4.3.7. Police, court, or regulatory authority request this
4.3.8. By O! Millionaire's police report or by conviction for criminal offenses
4.3.9. Other improper conduct that, according to O! Millionaire, is contrary to the intent and purpose of the O! Millionaire platform
4.3.10. Using inappropriate language, spreading negative or false information on social media or elsewhere
4.3.11. Spreading rumors that could damage O! Millionaires' business reputation, or insulting or degrading individuals or O! Millionaire
4.3.12. Attempts at manipulation of the draws, Green Certificates, or bothering employees of O! Millionaire, Oasis Park, its vendors, live show presenters, and crew, or O! Millionaire contractors.
4.4. O! Millionaire may also block the user's account if O! Millionaire deems this necessary for technical or security reasons.
4.5. Blocking the user's account can occur regardless of whether the above actions occur, or suspicion arises from the user's activities via O! Millionaire's platforms.
4.6. O! Millionaire is not responsible for any losses resulting from the lockout.
5. Ineligible Players
5.1. A person may not play O! Millionaire or claim, collect, or receive an O! Millionaire prize or a share of a prize if the person is an:
5.1.1. under the age of 18 at the time of entering the raffle/draw by buying an entry and a Green Certificate
5.1.2. from a nation of an embargoed country on the internationally recognized list and a full-time resident of that country
5.1.3. O! Millionaire, Oasis Park, or GreenBloom Global Limitada. employee, officer, or director who is directly involved with the weekly Draw
5.1.4. Contractor, agencies, or consultants and their employees under contract with GreenBloom Global Limitada.
5.1.5. Contractor, agencies, or consultants under agreement with O! Millionaire to review the O! Millionaire insurance, audit, and security procedures related to the Draw
5.1.6. Employee of any independent accounting firm, under contract with O! Millionaire, to observe drawings or site operations and assigned to the O! Millionaire account and all partners, shareholders, or owners in the local office of the firm.
5.1.7. Immediate family members (parent, stepparent, child, stepchild, spouse, or sibling) of an individual described above.
6. Liability
6.1. The account/wallet is personal, and the user may act solely on their behalf. An infringement thereof constitutes a breach of these terms.
6.2. The user is obliged to store and use their username (mobile phone number) and personal password securely so that others do not know or can use them.
6.3. The user is responsible for all transactions and profile changes if the user has made the transaction himself or if the transaction has been made possible by the user's reckless or negligent conduct.
6.4. If the user suspects that unwarranted purchases are being made from the user's account, the user must immediately contact O! Millionaire, who will then block the user's account. Once the blocking of the user's account is confirmed by O! Millionaire, the user is no longer responsible for any misuse of their account.
6.5. O! Millionaire is not responsible for the fact that circumstances beyond the control of O! Millionaire, including unpredictable and external events, result in communication to and from O! Millionaire's systems not being possible and/or that a purchase cannot be completed.
7. Using the account/wallet
7.1. The user must transfer money from his bank account to his O! Millionaire wallet at the time or before it is possible to purchase a Green Certificate and therefore an entry at the O! Millionaire platform. The O! Millionaire wallet account does not earn interest.
7.2. O! Millionaire accepts issued vouchers credited to the user's Wallet from official and approved sources, websites (www.omillionaire.shop), or offices.
7.3. Deposits into the O! Millionaire wallet can only be made using the means of payment approved by O! Millionaire, and only to the extent that O! Millionaire allows.
7.4. O! Millionaire does not accept credit purchases.
7.5. Withdrawals and deposits can be viewed in the Wallet for a period of 1 year after the transaction has taken place. In the event of disagreements, the user must notify O! Millionaire Customer Service immediately (online, via WhatsApp, or by telephone).
7.6. Deposits into the user's Wallet as well as withdrawals from the Wallet to the user's bank account may be subject to a transaction fee by O! Millionaire.
8. Disbursement of deposits and return
8.1. Payment of any deposit funds in the user's Wallet is based on the bank account information given by the user. It is the user's responsibility to document ownership of the bank account and verify that the correct bank account is specified.
8.2. Deposits in the Wallet may be paid out using the "Bank Withdrawal" function or by contacting Customer Service. Payment may be made no more than once a day (multiple withdrawals might result in the deletion of the transactions).
8.3. Upon closing the account, any deposit funds are returned to the user's bank account. If there are unfinished purchases on the account at the time of closing, the draws and raffles will remain in effect and apply as otherwise. Any additional funds deposited after the Draw has ended are automatically credited to the user's bank account.
8.4. If bank account withdrawal fails, the relevant amount is reinstated to the user's Wallet.
8.5. Winnings will be available in the user's Wallet as soon as possible after the end of the Draw or Raffle (see also the rules of the Draw and the Raffle). However, winnings of Prize Tier 1, 2 or 3 will be transferred to the user's Wallet but not to the bank account until 2 weeks after the user's payout request and the end of the Draw, when the user has been identified as the person to receive the prize. The user will need to provide relevant documentation (KYC and AML) as requested by O! Millionaire or any of its partners.
8.6. If it turns out that a winning transfer to a user's Wallet or a payment of deposit funds to a user's bank account is based on an error, for example, because the basis for the prize payout turns out to be incorrect or there is cheating or other breach of the rules of the raffle/draw or these terms, etc. on the part of the user, O! Millionaire is entitled to reverse the amount paid from the Wallet or bank account. Reversal from the Wallet can be made regardless of whether there is a cover for this in the user's bank account.
8.7. If the bank withdraws the user's transfer of money to the Wallet after the amount transferred or part of it has been used for the purchase of entries, and Green Certificates, O! Millionaire is also entitled to deduct an amount equal to what has been used from the Wallet, regardless of whether there is cover in the user's Wallet.
8.8. If a withdrawal of money from the bank incurs costs for O! Millionaire, whether due to misuse of a payment card, lack of coverage on the payment card used, or for any other reason, O! Millionaire reserves the right to deduct an amount equal to the costs incurred from the user's Wallet.
8.9. In the above case, if there is no cover for the amount in the user's Wallet O! Millionaire is entitled at the earliest opportunity to set off the outstanding amount by the user's transfer of money to the Wallet or to any winnings won that are deposited into the Wallet.
8.10. If a user has funds deposited in either a passive, suspended, or periodically self-excluded account, the funds will remain deposited in the Wallet. If the user wants the funds paid out to their bank account, they must contact Customer Service, and the funds can be transferred accordingly.
8.11. If a user's account is inactive for one of the above reasons and the account contains unfinished purchases for future draws and raffles, the purchase will remain and be applied as otherwise. Any funds that may be available after the draw/raffle have been completed are handled accordingly.
8.12. If, after final self-exclusion, a user has funds deposited in the Wallet, the funds will be paid into the user's bank account thereafter. If there are unfinished purchases on the account at the time of final self-exclusion, the purchase will stand and apply as otherwise. Any funds that may be deposited after the draw/raffle has ended are automatically paid into the user's bank account.
8.13. O! Millionaire reserves the right at any time to reject a request for payment or return of deposit funds to the user's bank account if, according to O! Millionaire's assessment, there is cheating, misuse of payment cards or other payment methods, or breach of these terms.
8.14. O! Millionaire reserves the right to refund amounts according to the above, based on the user's activities through O! Millionaire's platforms.
8.15. The user can withdraw a minimum (or above) per withdrawal of AED 500. Bank fees might apply. Processing time might take between 5 and 45 days.
9. Worldwide Users
9.1. O! Millionaire allows users to purchase an entry, and a Green Certificate to enter the raffle draw, and participate worldwide.
9.2. People can participate from anywhere in the world. Using the O! Millionaire's platforms while being in another country may be prohibited under the law of the country concerned (embargoed countries). O! Millionaire is not to be responsible for any legal issues in this matter.
9.3. Direct access to the website www.omillionaire.com might be blocked in certain countries.
10. Play Responsibly
10.1. Play Responsibly is a core value of O! Millionaire. The mission of O! Millionaire is to raise revenue in an entrepreneurial manner, consistent with the highest standards of good public and social responsibility, by offering products to O! Millionaire's users that enhance environmental causes sustainably, and by ensuring the public's trust through integrity and honesty. This mission will help protect the environment through the "Oasis Park" tree planting program.
10.2. To achieve high standards in user protection, O! Millionaire commits itself to the following principles and practices of age verification of a user being at least 18 years of age.
10.3. O! Millionaire has responsibly designed the program, ensuring it is low-risk and fun.
10.4. O! Millionaire does not want the user to spend more than the user can afford. The online system is designed to help users do just that by keeping track of purchases, as the user's account will show the full transaction history of all purchases.
11. Right of withdrawal
11.1. The purchase of entries, and Green Certificates, made through O! Millionaires have no right of withdrawal. Therefore, the purchase cannot be canceled.
12. Complaints
12.1. If there may be a dispute, O! Millionaire encourages the user to contact O! Millionaire and/or the O! Millionaire Customer Service to get the issue solved.
12.2. Disputes may be brought by either the user or O! Millionaire before international arbitration bodies. The relevant law for these terms is the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in accordance with the rules in force.
13. Termination
13.1. The user may terminate the relationship with O! Millionaire at any time by using the O! Millionaire platform or by contacting the Customer Service, resulting in its Closure. If the user wants their entire account deleted from O! Millionaire, they may contact Customer Service for this request.
13.2. O! Millionaire may terminate the contract for the account at any time and without notice if there is a breach of the provisions of these terms, there are other grounds for nullity under contract law, the user has died, or the account has not been used for one year or more.
13.3. It is only O! Millionaire that, based on a factual assessment, determines whether there is a breach of these terms and any special applicable terms.
13.4. Upon termination, the user's account is closed, and the user's deposit in the Wallet is transferred to the user's bank account (if any) after any ongoing draws or raffles have been completed. If the amount is less than USD 125.00, bank fees might apply.

14. Legal Disclaimer
The O! Millionaire website, the O! Millionaire App(s), or any communication by or on behalf of O! Millionaire, and the information contained therein, is directed only at persons who are eligible to create an account, purchase an entry, and a Green Certificate, participate in the Draw and Raffle. They are not meant to entice or encourage participants who do not meet our eligibility criteria to purchase an entry, and a Green Certificate, and participate in the Draw and Raffles.
By accessing the O! Millionaire website or App(s), registering for an account, purchasing an entry, and a Green Certificate, and participating in the Draw and Raffle, the user acknowledges that the user is responsible for ensuring that it is legal for the user to create and/or access the account to purchase an entry, a Green Certificate and participate in the Draw and Raffle in the jurisdiction in which the user is physically located when transacting with O! Millionaire. O! Millionaire is not liable to pay a prize to any participant in respect of any item that occurred whilst the participant was physically located in a jurisdiction in which such item is unlawful.
O! Millionaire makes no warranties, guarantees, or representations, of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, availability, completeness, suitability, or reliability of the content and information contained on the Platform or other communications sent by or on behalf of O! Millionaire for any purpose. Any reliance placed on such information is strictly at the user's own risk.
O! Millionaire accepts no liability for loss or damage (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage or other losses or damage of whatever kind) that arises out of, or in connection with the use of the O! Millionaire website or reliance on the contents. By accessing the O! Millionaire website, the user agrees that the user will not bring any claim against O! Millionaire in respect of any losses that the user suffers in connection with the Platform.
By using the O! Millionaire website, the user expressly agrees that use is at the user's sole risk. O! Millionaire does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall O! Millionaire or any other parties involved in creating, producing, or delivering the website be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages) arising out of or related to the user's access to, use of, or inability to access or use the website, or other locations accessible through the website, even if O! Millionaire have advised of the possibility of such damages.
If any provision of this disclaimer is or is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, it will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions stated within this disclaimer.
The Platform operates under international laws, and any disputes and/or any legal proceedings have to be resolved according to the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
15. Syndication Members
15.1. We disclaim all liability, including any express or implied warranties, whether oral or written, to any Syndicate Members. By buying an entry and a Green Certificate and participating in the Draw and Raffle, the user acknowledges that O! Millionaire has made no representation that O! Millionaire shall be responsible for or have any liability whatsoever for any purported claim from a Syndicate Member. For the avoidance of doubt, O! Millionaire will only be liable for any valid claim made by the registered holder of the account with the winning item.
Where a user buys an entry and a Green Certificate and enters the Draw and Raffle with the intent of sharing a prize with Syndicate Members, the user is:
15.1.1. Deemed to be the user for the rules; and
15.2. Is not acting as O! Millionaire's agent for that purpose, and O! Millionaire shall not be:
15.2.1. liable for the payment of any prize to any Syndicate Member other than a prize emanating from a winning item which is payable only to the registered holder of the account with such winning item; and
15.2.1. bound by any agreement between the registered holder of the account and any Syndicate Member.
16. Hyperlinks
The O! Millionaire website, Oasis Park website, O! Millionaire Shop website, and other communications may contain hyperlinks to other websites that are not under the control of O! Millionaire. In addition, third-party websites may include hyperlinks to access the O! Millionaire website. We have not reviewed and accept no responsibility for any information held on any other third-party websites that are accessed via a hyperlink, or from which the O! Millionaire website is referred to or accessed by a hyperlink. A hyperlink does not constitute an endorsement of the content, viewpoint, accuracy, opinions, policies, products, services, or accessibility of any other third-party website. O! Millionaire accepts no liability for loss or damage (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage or other losses or damage of whatever kind) that arise out of, or in connection with access to, or the use of, any third-party website linked by a hyperlink from, or to the O! Millionaire website, or any information contained on a third-party website. O! Millionaire cannot guarantee that the controller of any third-party website will comply with privacy standards and practices to the same degree as O! Millionaire.
17. Viruses
O! Millionaire makes no warranty or representation that the website or communications will be compatible with all systems, devices, or that they will be secure. Whilst O! Millionaire exercises all reasonable skill and care to ensure that the website and communications are safe and free of errors, viruses, and other malware, users are strongly advised to take responsibility for their own internet security, their personal details, and their devices and computers. O! Millionaire accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from a virus or other malware, a distributed denial of service attack, or other harmful material or event that may adversely affect the user's hardware, software, data, or other material that occurs as a result of use of the website, or any other site referred to on the website.
18. Altering of Forms
Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information contained on the website, including unauthorized alterations to the wording of any online forms available on the website, are strictly prohibited and may render the form or information invalid.
19. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property, including trademarks and logos used on the website and communications, is either licensed to or the property of O! Millionaire. No data, files, graphics, images, results, or other content on the website, App, or communication may be reproduced or distributed unless expressly permitted by O! Millionaire.
20. Acknowledgment
Users of the website are taken to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Legal Disclaimer.
Rules for O! Millionaire
These Rules for O! Millionaire ("Rules") set out the various rules and procedures that apply when a user buys an entry and a Green Certificate and then enters the Raffle and the Draw.
When a user creates an account at www.omillionaire.com and buys an entry and a Green Certificate and then enters the Draw and Raffle, the user expressly accepts to be bound by these Rules.
At the same time, the user must accept O! Millionaire's Terms & Conditions, Legal Disclaimer, and Data Privacy & Cookie Policies.
The user is encouraged to read and accept these legal documents before buying an entry and a Green Certificate, and thereafter entering the Draw and Raffle.
The user agrees to be legally bound by the O! Millionaire's Terms & Conditions, Rules, and Data Privacy & Cookie Policies.
These Rules, the Terms & Conditions, Legal Disclaimer, and Data Privacy & Cookie Policies constitute the entire agreement between the user and O! Millionaire in relation to the user entering the Raffle and the Draw.
The Rules, Terms & Conditions, Legal Disclaimer, and Privacy & Cookie Policies are to be found on the O! Millionaire Website and Mobile App.
1. Definition and Interpretation
1.1. Account: An online account maintained by a user on the Central Computer System that contains a user's personal information and all other relevant details necessary to enable them to purchase an entry and a Green Certificate or add credits to the user's wallet balance, enter a Draw and Raffle, if they so wish, and withdraw any winnings.
1.2. Authorized Financial Institution: Any banking organization or financial institution approved by O! Millionaire to pay certain Prizes.
1.3. Ball Sets: The Draw Machine uses a set of 44 balls with numbers from 1 to 44. Each ball in the set has the same weight and size tolerances as the other balls. Each week, the balls are checked and validated by weight and size to ensure consistency through an authorized Insurance Representative and/or Accredited Integrity Officer.
1.4. Central Computer System: The Central Computer System contains the Draw and Raffle software that manages O! Millionaire and pays prizes. It enables the user to enter the Draw and manage their account and winnings.
1.5. Claimant: A user who submits a claim to withdraw winning funds from their winning balance/user wallet in accordance with these Rules.
1.6. Cookie Policy: The O! Millionaire Cookie Policy, a copy of which can be found on the O! Millionaire Website and mobile App.
1.7. Content: Any text, images, audio, video, scripts, code, software, databases, and any other form of information capable of being stored on a computer that appears on, or forms part of, the Platform.
1.8. Credits: An amount held in the wallet balance to be used to buy an entry and Green Certificates and to participate in the Draw(s) and Raffle(s).
1.9. Customer Service: O! Millionaire's Customer Service can be contacted by phone via TOLL FREE number - 800 Millions (800 645 54667) or by sending an email to [email protected] or WhatsApp.
1.10. Draw: The process that results in the random selection of the winning numbers for a Draw using the Draw Machine managed by O! Millionaire.
1.11. Draw Machine: A certified machine that mechanically mixes the ball sets and randomly selects the winning numbers each week.
1.12. Draw Manager: An employee of O! Millionaire whose responsibility is to organize, manage, and supervise each Draw.
1.13. Draw Procedures: A set of best practice procedures used to ensure each Draw is conducted fairly and consistently, in line with any industry standards, government, and license requirements.
1.14. Favourites: A facility whereby a user may save their Favourite numbers for participating in the Draw (s) in their account.
1.15. Green Certificate: The user buys a Green Certificate, and parts of the proceeds go to the O! Millionaire Oasis Park tree-planting program.
1.16. Immediate Family Members: Any individual, such individual's personal partner (including, without limitation, spouse and/or qualified domestic partner), and persons who are, to some extent, maintained by anyone mentioned in Rule 2.3.
1.17. Insurance Representative: A representative from a risk management company, who attends the Draws and Raffles to witness that the draws are conducted freely, transparently, and fairly, and provides Insurance Coverage for the Jackpot (if required).
1.18. Item: A purchase that is recorded as an item on the Central Computer System.
1.19. Jackpot: Successfully matching all six (6) main numbers together with the Oasis Ball (1) in a Draw managed by O! Millionaire.
1.20. Legal Disclaimer: A written statement disclaiming all and any liability by O! Millionaire and makes no assurances or promises about the quality or performance in respect of the entry, Green Certificate, and use or accessibility of the website/app. O! Millionaire expressly denies any responsibility for any harm whatsoever resulting from entering a draw.
1.21. Mobile App: O! Millionaire's mobile phone application, which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and HUAWEI AppGallery.
1.22. Number Selection: The unique 6-digit number that the user chooses as an item for a particular week's Draw. Each digit can be a selection between 1 and 44.
1.23. Oasis Ball: The extra number drawn from the remaining 38 balls, needed to win the Jackpot and certain prizes.
1.24. O! Millionaire: The draw brand of GreenBloom Global Limitada, a Limited Liability Company incorporated in Costa Rica, under License Number: ALSI-202408057.
1.25. Order Confirmation: Listed in the user's account confirming that an item has been accepted into a specific week's Draw and forms a legally binding contract between O! Millionaire/GreenBloom Global Limitada and the user.
1.26. Participant: A person who has created an account to buy an entry and a Green Certificate and then to enter the Raffle and the Draw.
1.27. Password: The alphanumeric and special character identifier used by a user to identify themselves when accessing their account.
1.28. Platform: The O! Millionaire Website, www.omillionaire.com, and Mobile Apps and their associated Content.
1.29. Play: A purchase that is recorded as an item on the Central Computer System.
1.30. Players: An O! Millionaire user who purchases an entry and a Green Certificate and chooses six numbers plus Oasis Ball to participate in the Draw.
1.31. Privacy Policy: The O! Millionaire Privacy & Cookie Policy, which can be found on the O! Millionaire Website and Mobile App.
1.32. Prize: A prize won by a user who enters and plays the raffle/draw determined in accordance with these Rules.
1.33. Purchase: The price of an entry and a Green Certificate
1.34. Quick Pick: A system feature whereby a set of six unique main numbers plus the Oasis Ball is randomly selected for a Customer by the Central Computer System.
1.35. Raffle: Every user who has bought a Green Certificate will be entered into the week's Raffle. The Raffle will have one lucky winner. The Raffle winner is picked by a random number generator (RNG).
1.36. Random Number Generator (RNG): A software algorithm that generates random numbers that are taken from limited or unlimited distributions and outputs them. The function is constantly changing in a manner that is practically impossible to model.
1.37. Rules: These Rules for O! Millionaire.
1.38. Syndicate: A group of users who purchase O! Millionaire's entry and Green Certificate and enter the Draw together with the intention of sharing any prize in proportion to the contribution of each group member.
1.39. Syndicate Member: A member of a group of users who form a Syndicate.
1.40. Terms & Conditions: The O! Millionaire Terms & Conditions can be found on the O! Millionaire website and Mobile App.
1.41. Unutilized Credits: Unutilized Credits in the wallet balance, which have not been confirmed as entries or plays. If an Account is terminated, any unutilized credits will be forfeited, and no refunds will be made in accordance with the financial regulations of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
1.42. User: A person who creates an account on O! Millionaire's website.
1.43. Wallet: O! Millionaire has one electronic Wallet to manage user participation. The users chooses one of 7 currencies for their Wallets. The Wallet balance is where purchased credits are stored for the user to purchase future entries and Green Certificates to enter the Draw and then Raffle. Winnings from the Draw or Raffle are also stored in the Wallet. To withdraw from the wallet to a user’s bank account the value has to be a minimum of: AED 500.00.
1.44. Website: O! Millionaire's Website www.omillionaire.com (or such other domain address as may be advised from time to time).
1.45. Winning Numbers: The six main numbers plus the Oasis Ball chosen through the Draw Machine, all of which have been randomly selected at each Draw to determine the Prizes for that Draw.
2. General Information
2.1. Unless the context otherwise requires, words in the singular shall include the plural and, in the plural, shall include the singular.
2.2. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the various documents set out above, the order of precedence is: (1) the Terms & Conditions; (2) the Rules; (3) the Legal Disclaimer, and (4) Data Privacy & Cookie Policies.
2.3. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and other translations of these rules, the English version of these rules shall prevail.
2.5. If there is any inconsistency between the instructions on the Platform or promotional and point of sale materials and/or advice and these rules, these rules prevail.
2.6. O! Millionaire is offering to participate in 7 different currencies (AED). Users choose at registration or switch at any time (wallet balance has to be “0” to switch currency).
3. Participating in the Draws
3.1. O! Millionaires entry and Green Certificate will be available for purchase through the website www.omillionaire.com or the O! Millionaire apps or www.omillionaire.shop for AED each, or such other amount as O! Millionaire may, from time to time, determine. Payments are seen as credits in the user's Wallet.
3.2. Each purchased O! Millionaire entry and Green Certificate provides the user with the opportunity to participate in the Draw and the Raffle and to support the worldwide Oasis Park environmental tree planting projects.
3.3. The user may only enter the Draw if the user:
3.3.1. is a minimum of 18 years old at the time of purchase;
3.3.2. is not prohibited or restricted from entering under the laws of the user's jurisdiction of residence or jurisdiction in which the user is located when entering;
3.3.3. at all times abide by these Rules and the Terms & Conditions, Legal Disclaimer, and Data Privacy & Cookie Policies; and
3.3.4. are not: O! Millionaire employee, officer, or director who is directly involved with the weekly draw.
3.3.5. are not: Contractor, agency, or consultant under agreement with O! Millionaire to review the O! Millionaire insurance, audit, and security procedures related to the Draw.
3.3.6. are not: Employee of any independent firm, under contract with O! Millionaire, to provide marketing and advertising solutions, observe drawings or site operations, and actually assigned to the O! Millionaire account and all partners, shareholders, or owners in the local office of the firm.
3.3.7. are not: Immediate family members (parent, stepparent, child, stepchild, spouse, or sibling) of an individual described above and residing in the same household.
3.4. Where to purchase an O! Millionaires Product:
3.4.1. Online via the O! Millionaire website www.omillionaire.com, or
3.4.2. via the Apps
3.4.3. vouchers at online stores, certified outlets or issued from O! Millionaire
3.5. After registration and account creation, and upon completing the purchase of a Green Certificate, the user will be asked to select six numbers out of 44 and one number (Oasis Ball) out of the remaining 38, to choose a previously saved favorite number combination, or use the Quick Pick option.
3.6. All payments made in O! Millionaire are converted into Credits. One unit of your selected currency is equal to one Credit (e.g., 1 AED = 1 Credit, etc.). Credits are stored in the user's Wallet and can be used to purchase entries, Green Certificates, or additional features. The cost of each item in Credits is fixed according to your chosen currency (for example, 5 Credits = one Green Certificate if you selected AED). Credits cannot be transferred between currencies. Withdrawals are always made in the original currency chosen at registration or selected when the wallet balance is “0”.
3.7. Any "credits" held in the Wallet can be used to purchase an entry and a Green Certificate and then participate in the Draw and Raffle. Credits can only be paid out to the user's bank account if the amount exceeds AED 500.
3.8. All successful entries will be acknowledged under "my numbers" in Platform messages and, where relevant, push notifications and/or emails.
3.9. If the user does not receive an acknowledgment of the item under "my numbers", this may not have been recorded on the Central Computer System for the relevant Draw, and therefore it may not be valid. If the user does not receive an acknowledgment, please check the account to see if the item has been registered. If the user cannot see the registration, the user is encouraged to contact O! Millionaire's Customer Service by telephone, email, or WhatsApp.
3.10. Entries made on the day of the relevant Draw after 7:30 pm GST (Gulf Standard Time), or such other time or day as O! Millionaire may determine, will not be entered into that Draw but will be entered in the Draw taking place the following week.
3.11. There is no general right for a user to enter a draw. O! Millionaire may refuse entries and/or limit the number of entries a user can make without giving a reason.
4. Raffle and Draw
4.1. O! Millionaire will determine the time, frequency, date, and method of the Draw and the Raffle. As of the date of these Rules, the Draw and Raffle (live show) will be held at 8:00 pm GST (Gulf Standard Time) on each Thursday. At certain times of year (i.e., Ramadan) or for special occasions, this timing may be varied. Technical issues might affect the timing on short notice.
4.2. Each Raffle will be made using an internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
4.3. Each Draw will be made using an internationally certified Draw Machine, which will be audited at the time of the Draw.
4.4. All Draws and Raffles will be conducted in accordance with international industry standards, license requirements, the O! Millionaire's draw procedures, and in the presence of the draw manager, as well as an insurance representative and/or appointed security officer. The draw manager and either the insurance representative or official representative will record in writing, and subsequently enter the winning numbers in the Central Computer System (by two independent representatives). Only these numbers will be the winning numbers for that Draw.
4.5. In the event of any draw being declared invalid, in accordance with the draw procedures, protocols, and contingency plans, another draw might be conducted to determine the winning numbers.
4.6. In the event a draw does not take place or is interrupted due to equipment or technical failure or for any other reason, the Draw will be completed in accordance with the draw procedures, protocols, and contingency plans.
5. Results
5.1. All winnings from the Draw and Raffle will be transferred/credited to the user's Wallet.
5.2. The winning numbers for each Draw will be made available on the website, social media, and through O! Millionaire's Customer Service as soon as practicable after each Draw. The winning numbers may be published in such manner as O! Millionaire may from time to time determine. The user will have no claim for compensation for any failure on O! Millionaire's part to publicize the winning numbers. O! Millionaire will not actively notify holders of winning entries.
5.3. The user will not be entitled to claim compensation. O! Millionaire will not be bound by any errors contained in any announcement or publication, whether typographical, printing, or otherwise, or any publication or announcement of the amount of the prizes in a draw (where the announcement or publication is made before the amount to be paid in prizes is finalized).
5.4. In the event of a discrepancy between the winning numbers published on the website and/or other announcements or publications and the official winning numbers contained in the Central Computer System, the latter shall prevail.
5.5. In the event that the final verified number of winning entries is different than the initial publicized number of provisional winning entries, the prize money payable to such winners may vary.
6. Winning prizes (based on selected wallet currency)
6.1. Raffle draw:
6.1.1. There is a fixed prize of (based on the selected currency): AED 100,000
for each raffle draw (one winning Green Certificate ID).
6.1.2. All Green Certificates purchased within the draw week will be eligible for the raffle draw. The Green Certificate ID number selection will be automatically picked by an internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
6.1.3. Any winnings will be paid directly into the users' wallets.
6.1.4. O! Millionaire pays out Raffle Draw Prize in annuities.
6.2. Draw
6.2.1. There are eight (8) prize categories in each of this portion of the drawing
6.2.2. 1st prize tier (Jackpot):

6.2.3. 2nd prize tier:

6.2.6. 5th prize tier:

6.2.7. 6th prize tier:

6.2.8. 7th prize tier:
Match main 3 out of 6 plus Oasis Ball, the prize is: AED 250
6.2.9. 8th prize tier:

6.2.10. A draw will be held to select six (6) main winning numbers plus one (1) Oasis Ball. The draw machine will randomly select these six (6) main numbers out of 44 balls and the one (1) Oasis Ball out of the remaining 38 balls. The person who matched all six (6) main winning numbers plus the one (1) Oasis Ball wins the Jackpot.
6.2.11. If the Jackpot is now won and there are no Jackpot winners, AED 500,000
will be added to the Draw's next week's Jackpot (Rollover).
6.2.12. The maximum Jackpot is limited to: AED 100,000,000
6.2.13. 1st (Jackpot) and 2nd prize tiers will be divided according to the number of winners (split of winnings).
6.3. All prize winners will see their winnings in the users' wallets, in-website messages, and, where relevant, push notifications.
6.4. All winnings will be paid directly into the user's Wallet after the Draw live show.
6.5. Winnings will expire after a period of 12 months unless of claimed or used before.
6.6. For international winners, federal and jurisdictional income taxes may apply to any monetary prize (O! Millionaire is not taking any responsibility for complying with local requirements).
6.7. O! Millionaire pays out the 1st prize tier (Jackpot) in up to 25 yearly annuities.
6.8. O! Millionaire pays out the 2nd prize tier in up to 24 monthly annuities.
7. Payment of Prizes
7.1. Before the payment of a prize, the user may be validated according to O! Millionaire's user validation procedures (KYC), including screening against the International embargoed and sanctions list and anti-money laundering protocols (AML). O! Millionaire's decision as to the validity of an item is final and binding.
7.2. In addition, before a prize is paid, the user may be required to provide:
7.2.1. full identification documentation; and/or
7.2.2. a statutory declaration as to ownership, entitlement, and compliance with relevant laws.
7.3. O! Millionaire will only pay a prize based on the official winning numbers of the relevant Draw recorded in line with O! Millionaire's rules and will not pay a prize based on results recorded elsewhere.
7.4. Subject to verification of identity, proof of age, and item validation.
7.5. All prizes must be claimed through bank withdrawals on the user's Wallet. Payment will be made (at O! Millionaire's discretion)
by bank wiring to a winner's bank account (AML, KYC) (also accordingly to 5.1e/5.6/5.7).
7.6. Payment of the prize to the claimant shall fully and effectively discharge O! Millionaire, its officers, employees, representatives, contractors, any person, or firm authorized by O! Millionaire to pay prizes, from any further liability for payment of that prize.
7.7. O! Millionaire reserves the right to:
7.7.1. withhold a prize until O! Millionaire is satisfied that an item is valid and/or the claimant is lawfully entitled to payment of a prize.
7.7.2. request proof of entitlement to a prize (including, without limitation, identification information, proof of identity, residency or location when entering the Draw, and capacity to claim).
7.7.3. invite a court to decide who a prize should be paid to and/or make payment into a court or an escrow account.
7.7.4. declare an item invalid (and will not, therefore, be obliged to pay any prize) if:
7.7.4.1. O! Millionaire reasonably believes that the claimant is not the holder of the relevant account, or that the information provided by the claimant is incomplete or has been altered or tampered with.
7.7.4.2. the item has been tampered with in whole or in part, or fails to pass our validation and security tests; or
7.7.4.3. the item is defective, in whole or in part.
7.8. O! Millionaire reserves the right to refuse and will not be liable to pay a user a prize if:
7.8.1. the user does not meet the eligibility criteria or
7.8.2. the user is unable or fails to supply the necessary identification documentation when claiming a prize.
7.8.3. if a prize is paid to anyone who does not meet such eligibility criteria, that person will be obliged to repay the prize immediately upon O! Millionaire's request. O! Millionaire reserves the right to recover any incorrectly paid prize.
7.9. O! Millionaire will not be responsible or liable to any person claiming a prize that has been paid to a person who assumed the identity of the relevant account holder.
7.10. Under no circumstances will interest be payable on any prize.
7.11. will be paid only to the registered holder of the account with the winning item unless the user is a person with a legal, physical, or other disability and is claiming a prize, in which case, O! Millionaire may pay the prize to the authorized representative appointed by the user.
7.12. In the event of the death of a claimant, an entitled person can claim on behalf of such deceased claimant's estate where they can prove, to O! Millionaire's satisfaction, that they are entitled to make such a claim (for example, by providing a grant of probate or being the official heir).
7.13. All cash prizes will be paid according to the bank's currency in the amount advised by O! Millionaire as the final amount payable for that winning item.
7.14. Due to anti-money laundering (AML) rules and regulations, prizes/winnings will only be paid into a bank account. Only the user's verified account and own winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Money or winnings transferred from other users are not eligible for withdrawal.
7.15. O! Millionaire disclaims any and all liability, including any express or implied warranties, whether oral or written, to any Syndicate Members. By participating in the draws, the user acknowledges that O! Millionaire has made no representation that O! Millionaire shall be responsible for or have any liability whatsoever for any purported claim from a Syndicate Member. For the avoidance of doubt, O! Millionaire will only be liable for any valid claim made by the registered holder of the account with the winning item.
7.16. Where the user enters with the intent of sharing a prize with Syndicate Members, the user is:
7.16.1. deemed to be the user for the purposes of these Rules; and
7.16.2. are not acting as O! Millionaire's agent for that purpose, and O! Millionaire shall not be:
7.16.2.1. liable for the payment of any prize to any Syndicate Member other than a prize emanating from a winning item which is payable only to the registered holder of the account with such winning item; and
7.16.2.2. bound by any agreement between the registered user of the account and any Syndicate Member.
8. Winners' Information
By participating in the Draw and Raffle, the user acknowledges that O! Millionaire may disclose relevant personal details about the user. O! Millionaire may also, if required by law or pursuant to the terms of the Jackpot insurance, provide a third party with the user's details and the details of any Prize claimed by the user or on behalf of the user, or paid to the user.
9. Draw Postponement
If O! Millionaire deems it reasonable to do so (i.e. technical difficulties), O! Millionaire may delay a draw for as long as O! Millionaire believes it to be appropriate in the circumstances.
10. Draw Closure
O! Millionaire can, at O! Millionaire's absolute discretion, announce the Closure, withdrawal, or suspension of the Draw and Raffle at any time. No Entries for the Draw and Raffle will be permitted after such time.
11. Limitation of Liability:
11.1. O! Millionaire's only obligation is to pay the prizes won in any draw to the rightful owners of winning entries. O! Millionaire will not be liable in any circumstances for any loss of whatever nature other than the non-payment of a prize to the rightful owners of winning entries.
11.2. O! Millionaire shall not, in any circumstances, be liable for any loss, direct or consequential, or damage incurred by any user or any other person arising from the participation of any person in the Draw. In particular, but without prejudice to the generality of this rule, O! Millionaire shall not be liable to any person for:
11.2.1. events beyond O! Millionaire's reasonable control and expectations (for example, without limitation, war, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, power cut, and/or failure or obstruction of any network, broadcasting or telecommunications service);
11.2.2. the failure or destruction of, or damage to, all or part of the Central Computer System or O! Millionaire's records or any third party;
11.2.3. any mistakes caused by all or part of the Central Computer System or O! Millionaire's records or any third party;
11.2.4. delays, losses, mistakes, or omissions in or made by the banking system;
11.2.5. any other action or event which prevents or hinders the issue of a valid item (including without limitation the failure of the Platform to display correctly on any device used to view it).
11.2.6. notifications or actions from government authorities or law enforcement causing any harm to O! Millionaire.
11.2.7. Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits (a) any person's liability (i) for fraud; or (ii) for death or personal injury caused by a breach of any duty that person may have to take reasonable care or exercise reasonable skill; or (b) any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. General
12.1. The reasonable exercise by O! Millionaire of any discretion provided for by these rules, including with respect to the determination of a winning item or payment of a prize, will be final and binding unless otherwise provided by law.
12.2. In the event that a dispute arises, O! Millionaire may withhold payment of a prize and/or make an equivalent payment into court until it has been resolved.
12.3. If any provision (or part of a provision) in any of these rules is decided by a court of competent jurisdiction to be void and/or unenforceable, that decision will only affect the particular provision (or part of the provision) and will not make the other clauses void or unenforceable.
12.4. The user may not assign or otherwise transfer (in whole or in part) its rights and/or obligations under these rules, including, for the avoidance of doubt, the right to a prize. Any assignment or transfer by the user will be null and void. O! Millionaire may assign or transfer its rights and/or obligations under these rules in whole or in part to any third party at O! Millionaire's sole discretion.
12.5. Except if O! Millionaire assigns or transfers its rights and/or obligations under these rules, a person who is not a party to these rules has no rights or otherwise to enforce any provision of these rules.
12.6. O! Millionaire may amend these rules from time to time. Such amendments, modifications, or changes will be applicable and contractually binding with effect from the date of their publication on the website or on notification to the user that changes have taken place, whichever is sooner, and will apply to entries made after the date on which the changes become effective, and/or entries made before that date if reasonable in the circumstances. If O! Millionaire changes these rules the user is obliged to read these rules from time to time.
12.7. Every participant can buy up to 100 entries and Green Certificates per week/draw.
12.8. An account holder can transfer Credit to another account holder with a cap of AED 10,000
per month (My Wallet/User Transfer). Transfers cannot be withdrawn.
12.9. All entries to the Draw will close 30 minutes before the live Draw (held 8:00 pm GCT). Users can still purchase entries and Green Certificates; however, their participation will be included in the Draw the following week.
12.10. A user can double the Jackpot (1st prize tier) when purchasing the "Double the grand prize" option at checkout. This option will add AED 1.00
to the Shopping Chart. This option allows users to double (2x) the Jackpot winning.
12.11. A user can secure their Jackpot (1st prize tier) winning when purchasing the "Secure the grand prize" option at checkout. This option will add AED 1.00
to the Shopping Chart. This option allows the user to secure the Jackpot without splitting the winnings with other winners.
12.12. Double and secure the Grand Prize can be bought together.
13. Law
13.1. The relevant law for these rules is the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and any legal proceedings will be under local or international regulations.
