Ralph Clemens Martin has never believed that winning and giving back should exist in separate worlds. When he founded O! Millionaire in Oman in March 2022, he introduced a new idea to the region,that personal dreams could coexist with environmental responsibility. His vision came full circle when he took the stage at the United Nations’ COP28 climate conference in Dubai. From the beginning, Martin questioned why hope should feel out of reach for everyday people. In 2025, he made a bold transformation by shifting the traditional 7 out of 44 format to an innovative 6 out of 44 + Oasis Ball structure. This change allowed him to reduce the entry cost to just 5 AED, making participation accessible to millions, taxi drivers, teachers, nurses, laborers, families, people who deserved an equal chance at life-changing possibilities. Martin often says that “hope should be affordable,” and this shift made that philosophy a reality.
Yet the heart of his mission went beyond the game. Parallel to O! Millionaire, he developed Oasis Park, a sustainability project built on the belief that deserts can bloom when people unite behind a purpose. Under his direction, the initiative uses atmospheric water generation and solar-powered innovation to plant and sustain trees even in harsh arid environments. Every tree is assigned a unique digital identity, offering transparent proof of climate action and directly connecting participants to measurable environmental impact. Together, O! Millionaire and Oasis Park aim to plant 60 million trees capable of capturing 1.44 million tons of CO₂ annually, a scale of impact rarely seen in private-sector environmental programs.
Martin’s presence at COP28 marked a defining moment. Standing alongside representatives of the Ras Al Khaimah Environmental Protection and Development Authority, he demonstrated that sustainability is no longer the sole responsibility of NGOs. His work proved that private companies can lead environmental change and inspire governments to accelerate ambitious reforestation goals.
Today, O! Millionaire operates across several regions, uniting excitement with ethics. Every certificate purchased supports tree planting, and every participant becomes part of a global sustainability movement. In Martin’s view, O! Millionaire is more than a lottery, it is a legacy.
